Tamara Goble

It is her sixth year working for LaVerne and she recommends that you try everything on the menu! Tamara loves travelling! In the past year, she has enjoyed road trips with her cousin to Vancouver island, Washington and Oregon where they camped and enjoyed some more of the beautiful west coast! She plans to travel to New Zealand in the fall to volunteer as a WWOOFer!

Nicole Mabill

Nicole has been working at LaVerne's for several years now.  She says LaVerne is awesome to work with and she enjoys meeting people from all over the coast who come to LaVerne's to enjoy her famous Fish and Chips as well as other great treats!

Mary Grier

Who doesn't know Mary?  She is a long time Garden Bay resident always with a ready smile (and a hug!) to greet you.  Mary helps out at LaVerne's doing various chores from food preparation to serving ice cream during hot summer days.  Visit LaVerne's and say hello to Mary!

Vanessa Lanteigne

When asked what she likes most about working at LaVerne's, Vanessa is quick to admit, "the money!" then adds, "and the ice cream!"  She has been working part-time every summer at La Verne's except last year when she spent a full year in Mexico attending Grade 11 under a youth exchange program.
